Wheel Testing


            TORSIONAL LOAD TESTING
            The torsional load testing machine simulates starting and stopping, as well as the occasional burn out. Load sensitive rams cycle back and
            forth replicating real world style torture in an attempt to rip the hub out of the rim.

            SIDE LOAD TESTING
            Side load testing replicates the incredible stress a wheel is subjected to during cornering. You can trust your RSD wheels will withstand those
            canyon roads and track days because they’ve come out of the simulated side load test unscathed.
            RADIAL LOAD TESTING
            The radial load testing machine simulates a load on a tire/wheel assembly while taking miles and miles of road with the occasional beating. The
            wheel is forced to endure countless rotations with one flaw sending the design back to the drawing board.

            IMPACT TESTING
            The massive impact testing unit simulates the pot holes and road hazards that a wheel is subjected to in the real world. Each and every wheel
            design is wrapped with a tire and a hard edge hit is replicated. The wheel must retain air pressure for a specific time in order to pass.



               Two Piece Rotors
            • High grade 420 stainless steel replaceable outer bands  • Rear rotors are drilled for standard HD bolt pattern
            • Billet aluminum CNC-machined inner carriers       • All rotor carriers are counter bored with 2.22˝ I.D
            • Cross drilled bands for increased ventilation     • A reducer spacer (part# 1710-0636) is sold separately for 1.985˝ I.D.
            • Blanchard ground bands ensure precise and even tolerance  • Wide rear wheels require use of rotors with 2.50˝ I.D.
            • 11.5˝ and 300mm rotors are fixed                  * RSD rotors will fit 1984-1999 HD applications only if used in conjunction
            • 13˝ rotors attach via floating elements             with Performance Machine calipers and RSD wheels
            • Front rotors are drilled for standard HD bolt pattern 3-1/4˝ X 5˝ X 5/16˝  * RSD rotors will not work with stock HD wheels

               Forged Aluminum Pulley

            • CNC Machined from aluminum forging                • 2000-06 Softail pulleys include mounting bolts
            • Hard anodized teeth                               • Stainless steel belt retainer bolts included
            • Special adapter included allowing fitment of 1.95˝, 2.22˝
               and 2.50˝ O.D. hub flanges
