4 In addition to our patented hidden breather backing plate technology,
we reshaped the backing plate to match the factory cover and added
an outer lip that wraps around the lter base resulting in a clean look
while better securing the lter
4 The new aluminum lter top plate has integrated lter mounting studs
and directional air venturi for increased durability and performance.
4 The top plate eliminates the need for additional lter mounting hard-
ware and a steel lter plate
4 Performance lter is constructed from red pre-oiled surgical grade
cotton and is washable/re-usable
4 Our lter offers over 200% more surface area then the factory lter and
features a tapered bottom resulting in more lter surface area then any
other performance intake option designed for the 17-up FLT factory
cover
4 Backing plates available in standard, gloss black or chrome nish
