9. SALE OF PRODUCTS ONLINE 9 Any customer authorised in writing by RIZOMA Srl to sell its products online must ensure that:
9.1 Any websites or social networks used by the customer, as well as the images and texts or other products contained therein, must not cause harm to
RIZOMA Srl or to its image or reputation.
9.2 The use of authorised images owned by RIZOMA Srl and which reproduce, contextualise or in any way refer to the RIZOMA Srl company must be expressly
authorised in writing and carried out in accordance with company guidelines.
9.3 The images owned by RIZOMA Srl are used as a supplement to marketing and customer communications materials and not for creating a library of product
images for use on websites or social networks; therefore, authorisation shall be given in a specific written agreement.
9.4 A link or hyperlink to the RIZOMA Srl website and social networks must be present and clearly visible.
9.5 The prices at which it offers items cannot be understood as discounted or reduced prices.
9.6 In any case, the customer must inform RIZOMA Srl in writing and must provide a sufficient period of time for approval of how RIZOMA appears in online
channels (with regard to text, images, links, logos, etc.) whether for a new site and/or changes and/or additions to existing sites.
9.7 We reserve the right to refuse customer orders for items that do not meet these guidelines and those relating to online tools.

10. WARRANTY 10 Please refer to the warranty guidelines set out on the RIZOMA Srl website.
10.1 In the case of shipments made for Warranty purposes, any transport costs sustained by the customer of RIZOMA Srl shall be borne by RIZOMA Srl. Any
customs duties shall be borne by the customer of RIZOMA Srl. For any shipment made on behalf of a customer of RIZOMA Srl to the end customer, the customs
and transport costs will be fully borne by the customer of RIZOMA Srl.
11. PRIVACY 11 Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 51/2018 on the protection of personal data as amended and integrated, personal data will be processed, for fulfilment
of the obligations deriving from existing contracts, through computer media in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of said contracts.

12. JURISDICTION AND 12 The Court of Busto Arsizio shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the supply contract.
